Sleep better by avoiding caffeine in the evening. Sleep in a dark quiet room. Avoid exercise before bed and get up at the same time each morning.

Sleeping is important when you are on a diet. If you are struggling to get to sleep try eating a small piece of chicken or drink a small glass of milk about an hour before bed. Both contain amino acids that should help you sleep.
