Wave Eating

Most of the questions we receive about the Wave Eating Plan relate to portion size and that they are too big. We suggest that you try to keep to the portion sizes as detailed in the plan but obviously we do not want to force feed you. If you do feel you need to eat slightly less than outlined in the plan you may do so, but it might have a small negative impact on your weight loss. Remember one of the key elements of the plan is the rotation of calories, eating less on your higher calorie days may be detrimental to your progress.
